Jeff saved the day and was so awesome and transparent with our purchase! We needed a dumpster quickly after another company no call/show with one we purchased, and Jeff dropped everything to answer our call and get us a dumpster within an hour and a half of talking!! He is the man!!! He even made sure his team took a picture of our purchase to make sure it was safe and sound. Just moved to Springfield not too long ago. Rented from Hippo for a project because I had some debris that needed to be removed and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. After calling couple companies, they’re the only one that could deliver on time. Their customer service was friendly and responsive. Assuring me of next day delivery which they executed flawlessly. Pricing was also competitive with no hidden fees. Another thing to add on was the pickup. One phone call and they arrived right on schedule. Super easy to work with. My family in Springfield Mass was doing a whole house clean out after kid leaving for college. Hippo Springfield Dumpster Rental are able to get all the junk and garbage accumulated over the year. The dumpsters are brand new, and I love the Hippo logo. Getting dumpster from Hippo is very easy. I was able to order over text message the second time I requested. I highly recommend Hippo. From placing the initial order they were very friendly and easy to work with. They had the dumpster to me exactly when I needed it. The driver was so polite, friendly and helpful. Carefully setting it down where we asked and without any issues. They were kind enough to leave the dumpster for longer than the quoted timeframe which was a bonus. Their customer service respond via phone or text immediately. Hippo Springfield Dumpster Rental is the best dumpster rental service I’ve ever used for my construction company. I usually get my dumpster the same day. Drivers also put down wood block to protect my driveway. Hippo Springfield Dumpster Rental hands down the best company in Springfield Mass area. I will continue to use them for all my roof and construction projects. The 20 yard dumpsters are brand new, fresh painted dumpster. I called Hippo first. I was going to shop around but the customer service was plesant so I decided to go with them. He explained all the do's and don't which was appreciated because we were cleaning out our garage. Super fast and careful delivery, I expected to wait for days, It was delivered the same day. Great experience, the dumpster was delivered the same day and picked up on a timely manner. Customer services was great, after I notice an error charge they reversed the charge within seconds and responded quickly. The rate was the same as they quoted and we did not go over the weight limit, so no extra charge. I would recommend them, and will be calling them again for future services. We had a good experience with Hippo from beginning to end. We had to demo our garage. My bf filled out the order form incorrectly, resulting in a dumpster just for 1 Day instead of a week.
